About Us

Cori has 20+ years of experience as an HR Leader, including 18 years of experience with Honeywell International across the globe. Most recently, Cori directed all HR functions for three Honeywell Aerospace businesses (~$8B), including organizational design, leadership succession planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, and M&A activity. 

Cori has a bachelor's degree in International Studies: Global Trade & Finance and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Steve has over 20 years of experience primarily in the Energy industry, with expertise in Commercial Development, Energy Marketing, & M&A for large-scale Energy projects.  He brings 15+ years with ExxonMobil in commercial roles across multiple divisions, including Power Development, Upstream M&A group, LNG Marketing, and Downstream Supply (Global Marine).

Steve holds an MBA & MS: Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Matthew has 20+ years of experience of across multiple industries, including progressive levels of leadership in data, analytics, digital marketing, strategy, HR, and operations at Kelso Industries, Bonneville International, Vivint Solar, Boart Longyear and Honeywell International. 

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Utah State University and his MBA from Brigham Young University.
